Abstract: |
There was evidence for past activity on the site of the proposed development. The Southmoor wagonway dated from possibly as early as 1726 but was out of use by 1896. Evidence of ridge and furrow and a possible medieval field boundary area were also visible within the site. Further archaeological evidence pre-dating such features was located. [Au(abr)] |
