Abstract: |
An archaeological evaluation comprising two trial trenches was carried out prior to construction of new teaching facilities and boarding block. Two parallel gullies, one gully terminal, two ditches and large pit were discovered, as well as a possible curvilinear ditch, all dating to the Late Bronze Age or Early Iron Age period. One possible pit dating to the late post-medieval period was also revealed. [Au(abr)] |
