Abstract: |
A watching brief was carried out during the refurbishment of a car park which lay within a defined Area of High Archaeological Potential due to the presence of the Chapel Grove. A small number of features of potential archaeological interest were revealed. These contained no artefacts and were found to be relatively shallow. It was concluded that the features did not represent any significant ancient activity. [AIP] |
