Abstract: |
The monitoring and excavation during the development of land off Alvington Lane was generally confined to the footprint of the new office block. This failed to reveal archaeological deposits or cut features, with only a small quantity of small finds (worked flint and pottery) being the only evidence for activity identified. However, a possible hearth was recorded outside the main area to the east.[Au(abr)] |
