Abstract: |
Findings were largely negative. Although it is possible to suggest that the flintwork was representative of prehistoric activity somewhere in the area, it was unlikely that the centres of activity lay within the present area. The negative results of the fieldwalking should not, however, be taken to rule out the possibility that sites of archaeological interest may be present within the survey area.[Au(adp)] |
