Abstract:		 A watching brief was maintained on groundworks at the site. Late medieval and post-medieval deposits were observed including floors, surfaces and yard surfaces. These surfaces were associated with internal and external areas of the late medieval and early post-medieval building. The building was replaced by a 17th-18th century building, recorded as a series of walls and structures. An alleyway was also recorded. [Au(abr)]
