Abstract: |
The excavation uncovered Saxo-Norman and medieval farming evidence in the form of linear ditches that probably formed a field system. Several pits were identified, including one containing 9th to 12th century pottery. The limestone foundations of a small medieval or post-medieval structure were also found. [Au(abr)] |
