Abstract: |
An archaeological evaluation was carried out on the site. The foundations of Chorley house were located and a series of internal floor levels of 13th-14th century date. Medieval pits and layers were also identified outside the footprint of the building. A post-medieval well and domestic waste was also identified. [Au(abr)] |
