Abstract: |
The investigation into the site was part of a planing condition which called for a strategy of watching brief / building survey. The results showed that the building had its origins in the 18th century and its cellar was dated to this period. The building had undergone extensive refurbishment in 1957 and this had removed a large amount of original material. [AIP] |
