Abstract:		 An evaluation consisting of documentary research and sample trenching was undertaken. The development was located in an area of known archaeological activity ranging from Neolithic to Roman where archaeological deposits may have been well presereved. Romano-British archaeological features were identified and the amount of disturbance caused by 19th and 20th century building works was assessed. [Au(adp)]
