Abstract: |
Trial trenches were excavated across the site as part of the sewerage works associated with the proposed new dwellings. Several archaeological deposits were recorded on the site, the most notable of which were two chalk and flint walls, a deposit of post-medieval made ground and a possible buried garden/plough soil.
