Abstract: |
Two evaluation trenches were excavated revealing pits and ditches, dated by pottery and a pit/hearth partially surrounded by stakeholes, to the 15th and 17th centuries. In trench 1 pottery dating to the 14th-16th century was found beneath a flood deposit together with a sherd of 11th-12th century pottery. [Au(abr)] |
