Abstract: |
The evaluation was carried out on the site of two proposed dwellings at Sharpridge. The site was situated within an area of Bronze Age activity and within one of the many field systems associated with small agricultural settlements of this date. However, the evaluation showed that there were no archaeological deposits present. The absence of features and artefacts within the trench suggested that the potential for survival of archaeological on the site was low. [Au(abr)] |
