Abstract: |
An archaeological evaluation, consisting of the excavation of two trial trenches, 15m by 2m and 16m by 2m, was undertaken across the site of proposed residential development. The trenches were positioned in the footings of the proposed blocks. In the first a linear feature was observed with associated post holes and possible stake holes, whilst the trench to the north-west of the site revealed no archaeological features. [Au(adp)] |
