Abstract:
A stone wall footing of probable 18th century date was found in the western half of the site, consistent with the map evidence, although any associated archaeological deposits had been truncated by modern activity. The existence of a brick cellar is suspected in the south-western corner of the site, although this could not be confirmed by excavation. [Au(abr)]
