Abstract:		 No archaeological features or deposits were located during the watching brief. Within the subsoil a mix of finds dating from the Bronze Age through to the 19th century were recovered suggesting that the subsoil had been re-deposited from elsewhere, possibly as a result of previous landscaping works.
