Abstract: |
An evaluation was undertaken at Marshalls Park Upper School, Romford RM1 in advance of plans for the disposal of the site. A trial trench evaluation followed a geophysical survey of the site, and investigated possible archaeological features. In the event no archaeological features were revealed. The former courses of drainage ditches were revealed to have been backfilled in the 1920s or 1930s, when the school site was originally developed. [Au] |
