Abstract: |
The whole of the area was established as being of high archaeological potential, and was only seen as being reduced by the extent to which it had already been destroyed by modern development. Most areas to be affected by the development were recommended to be evaluated by trial trenching while areas already badly affected by recent disturbance could be subject to a watching brief.[AIP] |
