Abstract:		 A watching brief was carried out during groundworks at the site of a housing development. A Middle Bronze Age cemetery, Iron Age pottery, a Roman enclosure and other archaeological remains had been recorded in the surrounding area, although none were known in the immediate vicinity of the site. During the watching brief, no artefacts or archaeological deposits were observed. [Au(adp)]
