Abstract: |
The watching bief comprised a single machine excavated trench which identified a linear ditch. The ditch contained pottery of late 12th- to early 13th- century date. The feature was considered to be a former land division. The investigation also provided sufficient additional evidence regarding the development and use of the Ansty Manor site.[Au(abr)] |
