Abstract: |
Following the discovery of fragments of a Romano-British lead tank a trench was commissioned by Northamptonshire Heritage to record its context. Northamptonshire Archaeology carried out the work and identified a sequence of stream, ditch and surface gutter along the west side of the bathhouse. The tank fragments had been deposited into the gutter when it was an open feature. [Au] |
