Abstract: |
The watching brief was undertaken on the soil stripping prior to mineral extraction. No features of archaeological interest were revealed. The only finds recovered were stray finds of prehistoric and Saxon date from the stripped surface, which may have been associated with settlement in the near vicinity. [Au(adp)] |
