Abstract: |
The watching brief was undertaken during groundworks associated with the construction of a new water treatment plant. The proposed development lay within an area of known archaeological potential. In particular it lay within close proximity to the site of the medieval and post-medieval Monks Mill. No features or deposits of archaeological interest were encountered. [Au(abr)] |
