Abstract: |
Walls and associated features of the Benwell Hall Estate, later the Benwell Tower Estate were discovered and recorded in the evaluation trenches. Apart from one circular cut feature no earlier remains were seen. There were no structures of sufficient archaeological importance to warrant any further work in advance of the development. [AIP] |
