The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 The desk-based assessment identified limited archaeological potential within the development area. There were no known archaeological sites within the proposed development area and only a small number within the study area as a whole. These include isolated finds of Bronze Age date and a medieval boundary ditch and wall. The remainder were post-medieval in date, the most significant being the Civil War defences. It was concluded that there was a very slight potential for the recovery of evidence relating to the Civil War defences. [Au(abr)]
