Abstract: |
The watching brief recorded a late 11th/early 12th century settlement within the development area. This settlement showed evidence of a single catastrophic event, which burnt a wattle and daub structure and an unprocessed cereal harvest. Other evidence along the pipeline was recovered for early medieval and later medieval activity. [AIP] |
