Abstract: |
Archaeological observation of foundation trenches to the rear of 96-98 High Street, Coleshill, revealed no evidence of medieval activity despite the site occupying a medieval plot in the centre of the town. Post-medieval features contained 19th and 20th century pottery and other material were recorded, probably the result of rear-yard activity associated with the properties on the frontage. [Au] |
