Abstract: |
During the archaeological evaluation a number of finds were recovered. All the trenches revealed a similar sequence of stratified deposits, pierced only by a service pipe and modern trenches. Ceramics and glass of late 19th/early 20th century were identified in trench 1. Two sherds of medieval pottery were also recovered from a residual context, probably from medieval agricultural activity. [AIP] |
