Abstract:		 A desk-based assessment was undertaken on the proposed redevelopment area. The assessment identified lay close to areas of known prehistoric activity and on the line of the Roman road, Watling Street. The site was built-up in the late post-medieval period and would have been affected by the construction of the road and railway through the site. No further work was recommended. [Au(abr)]
