Abstract: |
A magnetometer survey was carried out in an area of high archaeological potential, with a Roman road thought to pass close to the southern boundary of the development. A number of anomalies of possible archaeological interest were located, suggesting pits, ditches and a roadway. However, no evidence was found for the Roman road, and it was thought to pass further to the south. [Au(adp)] |
