Abstract: |
A geophysical survey was carried out after the discovery of post-medieval mine shafts in a proposed development area. The survey highlighted a number of anomalies that could be associated with bell pit shafts. The ground probing radar and electro-magnetic conductivity results were found to mostly correlate and support the location of the pit shafts in previous archaeological work. [Au(abr)] |
