Abstract: |
A watching brief was carried out in Pump Street, Bromyard in advance of building work. Within the historic core of Bromyard, the site had been recorded as having contained burgage plots during the 16th century. Dumps of modern material were observed backfilling a terrace cut into the hillside at the rear of the site. Finds dating from the 13th/14th century to the present were recovered.[AIP] |
