Abstract: |
During the course of the evaluation several modern layers relating to the utilisation of the site as part of a farm and later factory were observed. However, approximately a two metre thick layer of peat containing fire-cracked flint was present about.1.6m below the current ground surface. This directly overlay the 'natural' gravel. [Au(abr)] |
