Abstract: |
Twentieth century activity had most likely removed any remains of garden features to the east of the investigated area. Between the two upstanding walls there was evidence of the layout of the garden, in the form of planting beds. The eastern perimeter of the garden was almost certainly lost through 20th century landscaping. However, it was possible that there were some remaining areas covered by trees.[Au] |
