Abstract: |
Four trenches were excavated. A number of features of 17th and 18th century date were uncovered including foundations for at least one structure. Artefacts included pottery, clay pipe, animal bone, building materials and metalwork. Evidence of earlier land-use was uncovered in the form of a 16th century pit and a late 15th to 16th century ditch. [Au] |
