Abstract:		 The assessment was undertaken in advance of the redevelopment of the 32 ha farm. Although it was thought that the site may yield evidence of Iron Age / Roman occupation, the buildings were found to date to the 18th century and the site was seen through aerial photographs to be covered in ridge and furrow.
