Abstract:		 The watching brief was undertaken during preparatory groundworks for an extension to the existing building. The site was located in one of the areas of Offa's Dyke designated as a Scheduled Ancient Monument. Although the archaeological results were not conclusive, a feature recorded within the foundation trenches was consistent with the morphology of the bank of Offa's Dyke in this area. [Au]
