| Abstract: |
A watching brief was carried out during the excavation of foundation trenches, at a site where a previous evaluation had revealed a gully containing worked flints of a possible late prehistoric date. A probable continuation of this feature, containing three waste flakes and a piece of burnt flint, was recorded. The remains of a second possible feature were also observed, but could not be examined due to the nature of the construction trench. [AIP] |
