Abstract: |
A desk-based assessment of land around Newcastle International Airport collated information on archaeological and cultural remains in the area. A field survey of the study area was not carried out and no records were found of any systematic field survey done at any other time in the area. There was determined to be insufficient information to be sure that there were no other features of archaeological or historic interest on the land. [AIP] |
