Abstract: |
Between June and July 2006, a watching brief was maintained during the construction of a new sewer at Lewes Road, Ringmer. The route lay within an area of archaeological sensitivity. The watching brief monitored both the works compound area as well as the pipeline route itself and its associated man-holes. No archaeological features or artefacts of interest were located during the work. [Au] |
