Abstract: |
An archaeological watching brief was undertaken during emergency repair to a service following the collapse of a service beneath Buddle Street. The watching brief was required because of the proximity of the works to Segedunum Roman Fort. The watching brief ensured that no structural features associated with the fort and vicus were disturbed during the groundwork. [Au(abr)] |
