Abstract: |
An extension to offices required the archaeological monitoring of strip foundation trenches. A large, deep ditch was observed in a trench section which appeared to be an extension of a moat which once enclosed the precinct of a Benedictine priory. The moat appeared to have substantially silted up before the 16th-17th century. [Au(abr)] |
