Abstract: |
<summary>An evaluation was undertaken in response to proposals for a golf course at the site. A number of documentary sources were consulted, including the Sites and Monuments Record and aerial photographs. A walkover-survey of the site was also carried out to inspect the known archaeology and to try and locate any artefact scatters. Pottery of Roman and medieval date was found, as well as struck and burnt flint. {italon}AIP{italoff} |
