Abstract: |
A total of three trial trenches were excavated as an evaluation prior to the proposed creation of a lake. No finds or features of significant archaeological interest were observed in any of the excavated trenches. Trench 3 did produce a single worked flint blade of probable Neolithic or Mesolithic origin. A possible field drain was also observed in the same trench. [Au(adp)] |
