Abstract: |
Planning approval for ten newly built dwellings and two barn conversions was conditional on the implementation of a programme of archaeological and building recording work. The results of a watching brief at the site were entirely negative, despite the presence of remains in the immediate vicinity. The 19th century barns at the site were recorded, and provided a picture of the movement of the farm towards mechanised farming. [Au(adp)] |
