Abstract: |
An archaeological field evaluation was carried out on the site of a proposed redevelopment. The work produced no features of archaeological interest, although 19 sherds of medieval pottery and some contemporary building material were recovered. These finds indicated the presence of contemporary occupation in the near vicinity, there was no evidence to suggest that features relating to this lay within the development site. No further archaeological work was suggested. [Au(adp)] |
