Abstract: |
Evaluation trenches were excavated around an Edwardian house located within the moated site (SAM 20621) at Marlin Chapel Farm. No medieval archaeological features or building remains were identified which suggested that they may have been located elsewhere within the enclosed area of the moat. A post-medieval rubbish pit and features probably related to the construction of the Edwardian house were identified. [Au] |
