Abstract: |
<summary>A watching brief during the excavation of a pipe trench for a sewerage scheme revealed sections of two late Devensian/early Flandrian watercourses east of the River Windrush, a series of earlier courses of the River Windrush itself and associated well-preserved organic deposits. Red deer and horse bones, also of late Devensian/early Flandrian date, were recovered. {italon}AIP{italoff} |
