Abstract: |
During the evaluation there was no clear evidence for any buried prehistoric or Roman ground surfaces within the layer of alluvium. However, there was evidence for two bands of alluvium in trench 6, of probable medieval date. Evidence of medieval ridge and furrow was also revealed within trench 5. [Au(abr)] |
