Abstract: |
The archaeological evaluation revealed no traces of the Roman Road which was formerly believed to have run through this area. A gully containing 21 sherds of Romano-British pottery was recorded. The only other features were a brick-built wall and a well of early 20th century date. [Au(abr)] |
